Rick is a very passionate photographer and graphic designer. He holds a college degree in graphic design and website development. He favors photographing Minnesota wildlife featuring the American Bald Eagle.

 

Rick has been photographing a nesting pair of bald eagles for the past several years. Rick formed a Spiritual connection with these eagles after the passing of his friend Preston Thompson an Elder of the Ho-Chunk Nation. Preston's Ho-Chunk name is Caxshep which means "Eagle King". Rick believes the Eagle Kings Spirit Soars with this pair of eagles which has allowed this unique bond and acceptance between a photographer and a pair of majestic birds of prey.
